What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message you provide, together with the property you were asking about. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to arrange viewings or send property recommendations. We never sell your data.

Who sees it

Your message is visible to the Madeira Estates agents handling your enquiry. Where a viewing or transaction requires it, we may share the minimum necessary information with lawyers, notaries or the property owner.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, or longer where required by tax and transaction law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@madeira3.com and we will respond within 30 days.
